The MIC of Faenza, together with Kronos – Museum of the Cathedral of Piacenza (PC), Archaeological Museum “T. Aldini”, Forlimpopoli (FC), Civic Museum of Modena (MO), National Museum of Italian Judaism and Shoah, Ferrara (FE) and the Rocchetta Mattei, Grizzana Morandi (BO), has been selected among 20 candidates for the project “ACCESs, Accessibility Communication Culture And Subtitles for deaf people” promoted by the Emilia-Romagna region.
The call, open from April 12 to May 12, 2021 and addressed to the museums of Emilia-Romagna, provided for the selection of 6 museums in which to build real accessibility paths for people with hearing disabilities in co-design with specialized personnel and the financial coverage of 90% of the costs of the interventions to be carried out, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros per museum.
