Temporary exhibitions offer visitors glimpses of the history, the state of the art in artistic ceramics, and a panorama of its interpreters in Italy and throughout the world.
The Library
The Library of the International Museum of Ceramics maintains a collection of publications to offer researchers a wide selection of bibliographic material on ceramic reviews, history, art, and technology.
The Restoration Workshop
The Workshop deals exclusively in the restoration of ceramic materials of any type and period; the workshop also carries out restorations on commission, especially for public agencies.
Education at the International Museum of Ceramics, is a tool to reach out to schools and families.
Many options are available, including hands-on activities in the “playing with art” laboratory, educational tours of the museum displays, and training courses for adults and teachers.

NEW SECTION. FAR EAST: CHINA, JAPAN, SOUTH-EAST ASIA
Scopri »About 400 ceramics will be displayed in the new section, they represent the main centres of production of the Far East. These sites are symbols of the history of the international trade of porcelain since Marco Polo time up to the Eastern Indie Company which allowed Europe to appreciate and imitate the technique and art of potters from China, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.
