An exhibition dedicated to one of the most important decorative style of the XX century: the "Déco". The exhibition arranged at the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza is part of the ambitious project Art Déco. The Roaring Twenties in Italy of the “Musei di San Domenico” in Forlì.
From the 18th of February to the 1° of October 2017.
The exhibition In The Earth Time, curated by irene Biolchini, represents Italy at the Gyeonggi Ceramic Biennale, during which the exhibition will take place in South Korea. The exibit is organized and coordinated by the International Museum of Ceramics in collaboration with the Korea Ceramic Foundation.
The travelling exhibition “The legacy of 1000 years of Italian ceramics”, organized by the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, will be in five important Museums in China from the 9th of November to the 25th of March 2018.
Education at the International Museum of Ceramics, is a tool to reach out to schools and families. Many options are available, including hands-on activities in the “playing with ceramic” laboratory, educational tours of the museum displays, and training courses for adults and teachers.
The Library of the International Museum of Ceramics maintains a collection of publications to offer researchers a wide selection of bibliographic material on ceramic reviews, history, art, and technology.
